We're seeking a Data Engineer to join a growing technology team, driving the modernization of legacy systems and the development of scalable, cloud-native solutions. What you'll be doing:

Designing, developing, and owning scalable data pipelines and APIs.

Building infrastructure for optimal ETL/ELT processes across diverse data sources.

Working with Azure, dbt, SQL, and Python to deliver cloud-first solutions.

Taking ownership of data quality and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Defining and documenting solution architectures and technical designs.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders across engineering, data science, and business functions.

Supporting troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data management.
What we're looking for:

Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Python, and data warehousing best practices.

Proven expertise with Azure (data services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines).

Experience deploying via GitHub/Azure DevOps or similar tools.

Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions to both engineers and business stakeholders.
Bonus points:

Azure Cloud certifications.

Experience with dbt and modern orchestration tools.

Exposure to data governance, metadata management, or data quality frameworks.
