This is a high impact Data Analyst role where you will help shape how a growing digital business uses data.
You will play a central role in building core reporting foundations, defining meaningful commercial metrics, and enabling better decision making across the organisation during an exciting period of data transformation.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The BI Analyst will:
- Build and maintain core analytics data models using SQL, including star schema designs
- Develop dashboards and reporting layers using modern BI tools
- Translate commercial questions into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Bring structure and scalability to existing ad hoc reporting processes
- Work closely with a Data Engineer as the data platform evolves
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience using SQL for analysis and data modelling
- Proven ability to design structured datasets for reporting and insight
- Experience building dashboards in at least one modern BI tool, with adaptability across tools
- Comfortable working in modern data environments and evolving tech stacks
- Confident communicator who can bridge the gap between data and commercial teams
- Curious, proactive mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into structured outputs
