We're looking for a talented Braze & Bloomreach Campaign Manager to join our client's team to support with Braze email execution and Bloomreach work. This is a hands-on building and execution role, perfect for someone who enjoys creating personalised lifecycle campaigns.

You'll work closely with our client's Account Managers, taking ownership of email building and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute lifecycle automations and campaigns using Braze and Bloomreach
• Develop complex, multi version emails using dynamic personalisation and AI capabilities
• Ensure campaigns are technically sound, visually on-brand and delivered on time
• Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality CRM outputs for hospitality clients and beyond
• Work efficiently to hit deadlines

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Braze and Bloomreach (certifications preferred)
• Strong understanding of building lifecycle automations and personalised campaigns
• Hands-on technical knowledge of both platforms
• Hospitality sector experience (preferable)
