Business Analyst £50,000-£60,000 London (Hybrid)

A multimedia giant is seeking a data-driven Business Analyst to join their team!

THE COMPANY

This business is transforming how they deliver data-driven projects across the board, and this role will sit right at the heart of that change!

THE ROLE

You'll be joining a tight-knit team of BAs, working closely with a Change Manager, Delivery Manager, and technical/data squads to help shape and drive the success of a range of data initiatives across the business. This role is critical to ensuring that key projects not only get delivered, but get delivered well!

Your key responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data/delivery teams
• Define and manage requirements across a range of data-led projects
• Work with cross-functional teams to determine feasibility, timing, and delivery planning
• Engage with stakeholders regularly, understanding who they are, what they need, and how best to support them
• Bring a clear view on priorities, blockers, and business impact

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience working across complex delivery landscapes - ideally involving data projects
• Comfortable navigating between business and tech teams
