Business Analyst

Location: Remote Contract Length: 6 months Day Rate: £340-450pd Start Date: ASAP

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a business performance audit project. The role will involve analysing customer and store portfolio data, identifying value opportunities, and providing recommendations on where investment should be directed. The successful candidate will also create investor-ready presentations to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business performance audits across store portfolio and online customer base.

• Analyse customer data to assess value and identify opportunities.

• Use SQL to interrogate datasets and guide investment decisions.

• Prepare and deliver PowerPoint decks for investors.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in business analysis with a focus on performance auditing.

• Background in customer and investor-focused projects.

• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to investors.

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or investment-driven environments.

• Proven track record of working with executive and investor-level stakeholders.
