Business Analyst - AdTech & Data £65,000 + benefits London Bridge - Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with experience across data and AdTech to join a growing team at the heart of the organisation's data function. You'll work across a range of projects, from first-party data initiatives and AdTech integrations to analytics and data governance, helping to define and deliver solutions that support marketing, product and commercial goals.
You'll be responsible for translating business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a modern data ecosystem.
Day to Day:
- Collaborate with product, data and AdTech teams to capture and refine requirements
- Support the delivery of projects related to audience data, targeting, and advertising systems
- Validate and document requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery
- Contribute to data platform and AdTech development, helping to improve campaign tracking and data quality
- Play a key role in agile ceremonies, backlog management and sprint planning
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within AdTech, digital media, or data-focused environments
- Strong understanding of AdTech and marketing technologies (ad servers, CDPs, DMPs, or tagging platforms)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP, BigQuery, or similar)
- Strong data literacy and ability to interrogate data using SQL
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working in agile delivery teams
