CRM Analyst

CRM Analyst | Consumer Brand | Hertfordshire | £35k + Bonus

We're working with a household-name UK consumer brand that is investing heavily in CRM and digital. They're looking to hire a CRM Analyst to join their growing CRM team in Hertfordshire.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career with solid SQL foundations and strong communication skills, who wants clear progression into Senior Analyst, CRM Management or BI roles.

The role will involve:

• Building campaign audiences and customer segments using SQL
• Monitoring and managing the CRM campaign schedule
• Working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Automation Studio
• Updating and amending audience selection queries
• Validating and cross-checking audiences before campaigns go live
• Supporting recurring and promotional campaigns, including campaigns with multiple versions and customer segments
• Managing requests for new audience segments from stakeholders
• Delivering basic campaign analysis and reporting

The CRM function is around 35 people and has grown significantly in recent years, with further hiring planned. Longer term, this person will become the go-to owner of CRM scheduling, coordinating campaign activity across the Strategy, Operations and Data teams.

We're particularly interested in candidates with a STEM or data-focused degree and some exposure to SQL, whether through university, a placement, an internship or an early-career role.

You'll need basic to intermediate SQL skills (joins, aggregations and GROUP BY), strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. CRM, marketing or Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience would be a bonus.

Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential, as this role involves working closely with teams across the business. The team is looking for someone who combines technical ability with real confidence in dealing with people.

Salary: £35k + Bonus
Location: Hertfordshire (hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)
