The Role As a MarTech Enablement Manager, you will work across CRM strategy, campaign execution, and platform optimisation. You will help clients implement effective CRM solutions, refine processes, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable customer impact. Your work will span analysis, build, QA, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:* Contributing to CRM strategy development and multi-channel contact planning* Leading or supporting end-to-end campaign execution across email, SMS, push and other channels* Ensuring high-quality campaign setup, governance, and QA* Working with stakeholders to align CRM solutions with business objectives* Using data insights to optimise targeting, segmentation, and personalisation* Supporting MarTech adoption, training, and change management* Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Your Skills and Experience You will have:* Strong hands-on experience with a CRM or campaign management platform such as Adobe Campaign, Braze, Bloomreach, or similar* Demonstrated capability in building and executing multi-channel journeys* Ability to interpret briefs and translate them into effective CRM activation* A solid understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SMS, and push* Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail* Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively* Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
