ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a CRM executive you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of multichannel CRM campaigns across email, app, and digital. You will collaborate with stakeholders to align CRM strategies that drive growth and loyalty.
- Drive CRM transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address business goals.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will need up to 2 years of CRM experience and Braze/Bloomreach experience.
- Working experience and knowledge using Braze/Bloomreach.
- Previous experience building out and executing multi-channel campaign journeys.
- Results orientated and an understanding of measuring success of campaigns.
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, specifically Email, SMS and Push channels.
- Attention to detail and logical thinker
- Relationship builder with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Good time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
