JOB DESCRIPTION
An established digital transformation and marketing technology consultancy is looking for a CRM Executive to join a growing MarTech Enablement team. This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who wants hands-on exposure to complex, multi-channel campaigns while working alongside experienced consultants and technical specialists.
You'll contribute to the delivery of CRM strategies for well-known, consumer-facing brands, supporting campaign execution, optimisation, and ongoing CRM transformation initiatives. The role combines operational campaign delivery with data-driven insight and stakeholder collaboration.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CRM & Campaign Execution

Support the development and execution of CRM strategies across multiple channels.

Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including planning, segmentation, build, QA, and deployment.

Ensure high standards of campaign setup and quality assurance.
CRM Transformation & Enablement

Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives, supporting the integration of tools, systems, and processes.

Assist with change management and training to support successful adoption of CRM platforms.
Data, Insight & Optimisation

Use data and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness.

Analyse results to identify trends, optimise future activity, and improve customer engagement.

Produce clear reporting and actionable insights to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

Work closely with internal teams to ensure CRM solutions align with client and business objectives.

Support senior team members in delivering value-focused CRM outcomes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in a CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution role.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign, Bloomreach or Braze is essential.

Experience delivering or supporting multi-channel CRM campaigns.

Comfortable working with data to assess performance and inform decisions.

Strong attention to detail, particularly around campaign setup and QA.

Clear communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.

Open on background (agency, in-house, or consulting).

Strong academic background with a good university degree.

Organised, proactive, and keen to develop within a fast-paced MarTech environment.
