CRM Manager

CRM Manager Up to £75,000 Hybrid - Sheffield (2x day per week)

CLIENT We have partnered with a finance organisation to source a CRM Manager.

THE ROLE In this role, you will join the growth team and report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, with a focus on driving customer engagement and retention. You will be responsible for managing the full end-to-end campaign lifecycle across both B2B and B2C segments.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns focused on customer retention, engagement, and loyalty.Experience with Braze platform is advantageous.Basic experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
