THE ROLE

As a CRO Analyst you will take ownership of the testing roadmap and play a key role in improving conversion across multiple digital platforms.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Managing and prioritising the CRO testing programme
  • Designing, coordinating, and analysing A/B and multivariate tests
  • Identifying customer journey friction points through data analysis and behavioural research
  • Using heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis, and customer insights to generate test hypotheses
  • Evaluating test performance and measuring commercial impact and ROI
  • Producing clear recommendations and presenting findings to stakeholders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful CRO Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in CRO, ecommerce, website optimisation, digital product, or customer experience analytics
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and analyse A/B testing programmes
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and customer journey optimization
  • Experience translating data and customer behaviour insights into actionable recommendations
  • Confidence presenting findings and influencing stakeholders across the business
  • Experience with tools such as AB Tasty, Contentsquare, or similar optimisation platforms
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise opportunities based on impact
  • Exposure to ecommerce or retail environments is advantageous, although broader digital experience is also welcomed
