CRO Consultant
CRO Consultant Egham, Surrey (hybrid working) | Salary up to £60,000, with flexibility for a senior profile
This is an opportunity to join a specialist experimentation and optimisation consultancy where CRO sits at the heart of everything they do. You will work directly with enterprise clients, owning end to end experimentation programmes and shaping how data driven optimisation is delivered across complex digital estates.
The Company They are a UK based CRO, experimentation and personalisation technology business with both a proprietary platform and a consulting arm. The organisation partners with large, well known brands across sectors including retail, travel, public sector and entertainment. The culture is collaborative and delivery focused, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, learning and long term client impact.
The Role You will sit within the consulting team, acting as a trusted CRO partner to your clients and leading experimentation programmes from ideation through to insight and recommendation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading CRO ideation and hypothesis development for client programmes
- Designing and planning A B and multivariate tests across web experiences
- Managing experimentation roadmaps and documentation
- Analysing test results and translating findings into clear recommendations
- Producing client facing decks and insight led outputs following experiments
- Running regular client check ins and supporting long term optimisation strategy
- Collaborating with internal product, customer success and consulting teams
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in CRO, experimentation or optimisation
- Proven ability to design, run and analyse A B testing programmes
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and presenting insight clearly
- Experience working in agency, consultancy, vendor or in house environments
- Exposure to experimentation tools such as Webtrends Optimize, VWO or similar
- Confident working independently while contributing to a wider team
- Passion for CRO and improving digital user experience through testing
