CRO Manager £300-325 per day Outside IR35 Hybrid (London)

We're working with a leading digital consultancy who are looking for a skilled CRO Manager to join their team on a contract basis. If you're passionate about experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and optimising digital experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact.

Role:

• Day Rate: £300-325 per day

• Status: Outside IR35

• Location: Hybrid - London office

• Duration: 3 (with potential extension)

What you'll be doing:

• Own and manage the CRO strategy across multiple client projects.

• Design, implement, and analyse A/B and multivariate tests.

• Collaborate with UX, design, and analytics teams to identify optimisation opportunities.

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion.

• Present test outcomes and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in CRO management within digital consultancy, agency, or client-side roles.

• Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, Adobe Target).

• Comfortable working with web analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).

• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills to influence both internal teams and clients.
