I am looking for a CRO Manager to work for an agency client
What you'll be doing
Strategic Enablement
-
Define and refine personalisation and CRO strategies that support long-term business goals.

Act as Product Owner for testing and personalisation capabilities, ensuring scalability and innovation.

Align initiatives with wider MarTech, data, and content strategies.

Partner with CMS teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational friction.
Capability Development
-
Lead personalisation and optimisation workstreams across web and app journeys.

Integrate tools such as Adobe Target, Contentful, Optimizely CMS to support dynamic content and behavioural targeting.

Create documentation and frameworks to support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and operational consistency.

Mentor junior team members to build capability across the practice.
End-to-End CRO Execution

Lead the full experimentation cycle: ideation hypothesis design build QA launch analysis & insights.

Build, deploy, and optimise tests using Adobe Target, Optimizely or similar platforms.

Analyse results using GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other tools to provide clear, actionable insights.

Develop governance and reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy in tracking and measurement.
Collaboration
-
Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and content teams to embed personalisation into delivery lifecycles.

Partner with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, high-impact solutions.

Represent CRO and personalisation strategies in forums, workshops, and planning sessions.

3+ years' experience in CRO, digital optimisation, or personalisation roles (agency experience a strong plus).

Proven track record in delivering both strategic roadmaps and hands-on testing/personalisation.

Experience running A/B tests and personalisation campaigns, and building scalable experimentation frameworks.

Strong technical knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Proficiency with Adobe Target, Optimizely, GA4, Adobe Analytics.

Familiarity with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Optimizely CMS).

Bonus: experience with session replay tools (HotJar, FullStory, Decibel), GTM/tag management, or large-scale transformation programmes.
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional, multi-client, or multi-market environments.
