CRO Manager

CRO & Experimentation Manager London Hybrid, 3 days in office £40,000-£55,000 DOE + twice-yearly bonus

A fast-growing digital growth agency is looking for a senior CRO and experimentation specialist to join its dedicated testing practice. This is a client-facing role with real ownership, working on structured experimentation programmes for well-known, high-traffic publishing and subscription brands.

You'll lead end-to-end CRO programmes, from defining strategy and hypotheses through to test delivery, analysis and insight. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and collaborate closely with CRM, analytics and digital growth teams to drive measurable impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and shaping CRO and experimentation strategy across multiple clients
  • Leading A/B and multivariate testing programmes from idea to insight
  • Translating data, user behaviour and research into strong, well-reasoned test hypotheses
  • Managing senior client relationships and influencing CRO roadmaps
  • Working cross-functionally on wider digital growth initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on CRO and UX experience, with the ability to define strategy and execute tests
  • Strong experience with testing platforms such as Piano, Zephr, Optimizely or VWO
  • Excellent GA4 experience, Adobe Analytics also considered
  • Confidence with experimentation logic, statistics and quantitative analysis
  • Experience with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus
  • Curious, self-motivated and genuinely passionate about experimentation
  • Agency or client-side background both welcomed

What's on offer:

  • £40,000-£55,000 salary plus twice-yearly bonus
  • Hybrid working with flexibility, including working from abroad
  • Clear progression and development opportunities
  • Regular team socials, lunches and wellbeing initiatives
  • Subsidised gym and sports memberships

If you're excited by experimentation, data-led decision making and working closely with ambitious clients, this role offers real autonomy and impact within a highly collaborative team.
