CRO Manager
CRO & Experimentation Manager London Hybrid, 3 days in office £40,000-£55,000 DOE + twice-yearly bonus
A fast-growing digital growth agency is looking for a senior CRO and experimentation specialist to join its dedicated testing practice. This is a client-facing role with real ownership, working on structured experimentation programmes for well-known, high-traffic publishing and subscription brands.
You'll lead end-to-end CRO programmes, from defining strategy and hypotheses through to test delivery, analysis and insight. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and collaborate closely with CRM, analytics and digital growth teams to drive measurable impact.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and shaping CRO and experimentation strategy across multiple clients
- Leading A/B and multivariate testing programmes from idea to insight
- Translating data, user behaviour and research into strong, well-reasoned test hypotheses
- Managing senior client relationships and influencing CRO roadmaps
- Working cross-functionally on wider digital growth initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on CRO and UX experience, with the ability to define strategy and execute tests
- Strong experience with testing platforms such as Piano, Zephr, Optimizely or VWO
- Excellent GA4 experience, Adobe Analytics also considered
- Confidence with experimentation logic, statistics and quantitative analysis
- Experience with tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus
- Curious, self-motivated and genuinely passionate about experimentation
- Agency or client-side background both welcomed
