The Role
- Lead the CRO and experimentation strategy across a portfolio of key clients
- Own senior client relationships and operate as a trusted optimisation advisor
- Design and deliver end to end experimentation programmes from hypothesis creation through to analysis and insight
- Translate quantitative data and user behaviour into clear, testable ideas
- Collaborate with analysts, marketers and developers to drive integrated digital growth
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in CRO, experimentation and UX optimisation
- Hands on use of testing platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Piano or Zephr
- Advanced working knowledge of GA4 as a core analytics tool
- Experience with additional analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Confident working with A B testing logic, statistics and performance data
- Clear and credible client facing communication skills
- Understanding of how CRO connects with wider digital marketing activity
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript is beneficial but not essential
