Commercial Analyst
£42,700-£53,700 + Bonus Hybrid - Central London (1-2 days per week)
An iconic global brand is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join their Commercial Business Partnering team and take full ownership of analytics across a growing international media and brand consultancy business.
This company, best known for its world-famous book, has evolved into a global creative and data-led organisation operating across entertainment, media, and digital consultancy. Working closely with senior commercial and finance leaders, you will play a key role in driving strategic decisions through insight, automation, and storytelling.
The RoleYou'll be the analytics lead within a cross-functional team, supporting senior stakeholders across multiple regions. This is a hands-on role where you'll turn complex datasets into actionable commercial insights and play a central role in shaping global performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
-  Build dashboards and automated reports using Power BI (DOMO experience a plus) 
-  Analyse pricing, product, and market trends to identify revenue opportunities 
-  Partner with commercial and finance teams to deliver strategic insight and recommendations 
-  Lead on integration of new BI platforms and migration from legacy tools 
-  Support data initiatives around Salesforce, NetSuite, and Google Analytics 
-  Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles 
-  Champion a data-driven culture and train teams on self-serve analytics 
-  3-5 years' experience in a commercial or analytics role 
-  Skilled in SQL and a BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, or DOMO 
-  Exposure to Python desirable 
-  Experience working across financial, customer, or digital data 
-  Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business action 
-  Backgrounds from digital, retail, media, tech, or FMCG work particularly well 
-  Comfortable building reporting structures from scratch and working autonomously 
-  Rare standalone analytics role with full commercial visibility
