Commercial Manager
Up to £55,000 + bonus London (Hybrid - 2-3 days per week)
About the roleCommercial Manager role within a growing fintech, focused on pricing strategy and customer acquisition across credit card products. This is a key position sitting between risk and marketing, helping the business optimise how it prices and attracts new customers.
The roleAs a Commercial Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping pricing decisions and driving commercial performance. You'll use data to understand how pricing impacts customer behaviour, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth.
You'll be responsible for:
- Analysing pricing performance and identifying opportunities to optimise acquisition
- Supporting decisions around pricing levers such as APR
- Working closely with aggregator partners to drive customer growth
- Using SQL to extract and analyse data to support decision-making
- Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
- Translating data into clear, commercially focused recommendations
- Strong experience in a commercial, pricing or analytics role
- Experience using SQL to extract and analyse data
- Ability to understand how pricing impacts customer behaviour and business performance
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Confident working with stakeholders across the business
Nice to have:
- Background in financial services, fintech, insurance, telecoms or gambling
- Experience working with customer acquisition or aggregator models
- Python exposure
The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £55,000, alongside a competitive bonus and benefits package. This is a high-impact role within a growing fintech, offering strong exposure to commercial decision-making and the opportunity to shape pricing strategy.
