Customer Analytics Manager - 12-month FTC

Customer Analytics Manager | Fashion Retail | London (Hybrid) | 12-Month FTC | Up to £70k

We're working with a leading British fashion retailer with a large store network, a major online presence and millions of active customers. They're looking to hire a Customer Analytics Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced customer analytics professional to lead a team that has changed how the wider business uses customer data, helping teams such as finance and brand marketing make better customer decisions every day.

The role will involve:

  • Owning the customer analytics agenda across customer behaviour, retention, loyalty, profitability and lifetime value
  • Leading customer reporting and deep-dive analysis
  • Turning complex data into clear, commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Driving advanced analytics, including segmentation, clustering, predictive modelling and campaign measurement
  • Leading customer profiling to identify behavioural trends, opportunities and risks
  • Acting as a trusted analytics partner to stakeholders across the business
  • Building clear customer stories that link behaviour to sales, retention and commercial performance

We're particularly interested in candidates with a strong core background in customer analytics and customer insight.

You'll need strong SQL and data visualisation skills, as well as hands-on experience with advanced techniques such as segmentation, clustering, regression and predictive modelling (for example k-means and random forest).

Strong stakeholder communication is essential, as this role involves influencing senior teams across the business. Line management experience would be a bonus.
