THE CLIENT This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insight Analyst to join an industry-leading ecommerce organisation.

THE ROLE We are seeking a skilled Customer Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights that drive effective customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies. In this role, you will design and maintain a scalable Single Customer View (SCV) by integrating CRM, transaction, and engagement data. You will also develop segmentation models based on customer lifecycle stages, engagement intensity, and behavioral patterns to help tailor our marketing and customer experience initiatives.
