Our client is a specialist digital and marketing analytics consultancy, established in 2016 and now recognised as a trusted partner for major asset managers and digital-first businesses. The Role

They are seeking a mid-level Data Analyst with strong technical skills and commercial awareness. This is a client-facing position where you'll be responsible not just for the numbers, but for turning data into clear, strategic recommendations.

You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, gain exposure to high-profile clients, and take on varied projects across digital and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Extract, join, and transform datasets from multiple platforms (SQL, GA, marketing tools).

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Looker Studio, Tableau or equivalent).

  • Apply statistical methods across attribution, MMM, LTV, churn, propensity and clustering models.

  • Present insights and recommendations confidently to clients via Zoom and face-to-face.

  • Support client strategy by identifying opportunities to optimise spend and improve ROI.

Candidate Profile
  • 2-4 years' experience in analytics (digital, marketing or consultancy background desirable).

  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with a good grounding in statistics.

  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Hands-on dashboarding experience (Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining insights to non-technical stakeholders.

  • 2:1 degree or above in a STEM or Social Sciences subject (or equivalent experience).

  • Salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience).
