THE COMPANY A fantastic opportunity to join a leading agency specialising in youth-focused, socially impactful marketing. With 20+ years' experience and a network of 125k+ teachers and community partners, they deliver multi-channel campaigns that influence and inspire young people across the UK.
They're building out a newly formed Marketing & Communications function - and are now hiring an experienced Data Analyst to drive performance insight, optimise campaigns, and shape data-led decision making.
THE ROLEAs a Data Analyst, you will own strategic reporting across digital, CRM and multi-channel marketing activity. You'll translate business goals into measurable KPIs, deliver forecasting, and provide insight to improve campaign effectiveness.
You'll work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and the Head of NSP Data & Performance, and will mentor a Data Executive.
Key responsibilities include:- Delivering cross-channel performance insight and optimisation recommendations.
- Building dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio.
- Forecasting marketing metrics and supporting budgeting models.
- Managing data quality, segmentation, and CRM data hygiene.
- Ensuring consistent, accurate attribution and campaign evaluation.
Essential:
- 5+ years' experience in data, marketing analytics, or performance analysis (agency experience preferred).
- Strong SQL, Excel, and Python or R.
- Proven track record building dashboards (Power BI / Looker Studio).
- Experience forecasting, evaluating campaign performance, and interpreting marketing KPIs.
- Ability to work with CRM, web, and social data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex insight.
Highly desirable:
- Forecasting / predictive modelling (time-series, response modelling, churn).
- Experience building KPI frameworks tied to marketing performance.
- Experience coaching junior team members.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a quantitative field (Maths, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Marketing Analytics, etc.).
- Certifications such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, CIM (preferred).
