We develop and maintain our own data and analytics products, supporting clients with customer insight, predictive modelling, and commercial decision making. Our work spans sectors including energy, financial services, charities, and consumer brands.
The Role
- Work directly with clients to understand business challenges and define analytical requirements
- Lead data discovery, exploration, and analysis across multiple datasets
- Analyse complex data to create meaningful insight
- Build reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders
- Present insights and recommendations, translating technical analysis into commercial outcomes
- Contribute to a range of projects including customer behaviour analysis, segmentation, revenue and collections analytics, and data maturity initiatives
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in a data or analytics role, ideally within a consultancy or client facing environment
- Advanced SQL skills and confidence working with complex, real world datasets
- Experience using Python for analysis and data transformation
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and ask the right questions
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders
