• Analyse data from multiple sources to support performance optimisation, budget management, and return on investment.
• Monitor customer-focused KPIs and contribute to acquisition and retention efforts using A/B testing and data-led insights.
• Apply statistical methods to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights that influence strategic decisions.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
