Data Analyst ( Power BI, SQL, DAX)

Location: Kent

Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in the office

Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the business. The role focuses on analysing complex datasets, developing dashboards and reports, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and service data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
• Map end-to-end processes to highlight inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support real-time decision-making.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, business-focused manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Identify gaps in data or systems and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven environment.
• Advanced Power BI experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with data visualisation tools; Python desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
