THE COMPANY:
This company is in the healthcare sector, ensuring high standards of practice and safeguarding public health.
They are currently undertaking a major transformation of their data and technology function, investing heavily in modern cloud-based data platforms to enhance reporting, operational insights, and regulatory decision-making.
THE ROLE:
You will take ownership of end-to-end data engineering across enterprise data platforms, supporting migration, integration, and modernisation initiatives within a Microsoft cloud environment.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Integrating new data sources, including Dynamics 365, into the enterprise data warehouse
  • Leading data migration, cleansing, modelling, and transformation activities
  • Supporting the evolution of data platform architecture using Azure technologies
  • Ensuring strong data governance, quality, and documentation standards
  • Collaborating with BI teams to enable high-quality reporting and analytics delivery
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will bring strong capability in:
  • Microsoft SQL Server and data warehousing (Synapse / Fabric / Azure SQL)
  • Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and modern ETL tooling
  • Data modelling, data migration, and large-scale data transformation
  • Building and maintaining cloud-based data platforms
  • Working within Agile delivery environments
