The Opportunity

This is a leadership role within a premium digital advertising organization focused on delivering exceptional user experiences and bridging creative innovation with publisher integration. The position involves managing an analytics engineering function that drives data reliability, governance, and actionable insights across the business. You will lead a team responsible for building and maintaining data models, pipelines, and workflows that enable performance optimization and strategic decision-making.

The role requires balancing hands-on technical contributions with managerial oversight, ensuring high standards of delivery and continuous improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will translate business objectives into scalable data solutions and maintain alignment across stakeholders. The Role & Responsibilities

The position is a hybrid role combining technical leadership with active coding responsibilities. You will manage the Analytics Engineering team, setting direction, mentoring talent, and ensuring delivery of a robust data roadmap. Core responsibilities include designing and evolving ELT pipelines, data warehouse models, and analytics structures to meet business needs.

The role requires hands-on work in SQL and Python, alongside experience with GCP and cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, ensuring high-quality data ingestion, modeling, and operational workflows. You'll also define governance standards, implement automated testing, and optimize architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable solutions. This is an opportunity to lead strategic planning and technical execution while remaining deeply involved in coding and critical problem-solving
