The Role You will take the lead on developing and delivering high-quality data solutions across marketing and digital analytics projects. Your responsibilities will include: * Translating business and marketing objectives into clear data strategies. * Building measurement frameworks, tracking solutions, and robust data audits. * Creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics. * Advising on tagging, audiences, UTMs, and best-practice implementation. * Driving innovation by identifying new processes and tools to enhance performance. * Supporting knowledge-sharing across the business and delivering both internal and external training. * Working closely with teams and clients to ensure insight is integrated into wider marketing activity.
Your Skills and Experience * Strong commercial experience in digital analytics, tracking, or data insights. * Confident using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and spreadsheet platforms. * Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insight. * Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. * A collaborative mindset with the ability to problem-solve and manage workloads effectively. * A proactive interest in data-led marketing and emerging analytics technologies.
