We're partnering with a market-leading AI-driven search intelligence company helping global enterprise brands optimise paid search performance and gain competitive insight through large-scale data and machine learning.
As a Data Product Manager, you'll take ownership of the company's data platform and ML ecosystem - shaping how massive-scale datasets (hundreds of millions of data points) power predictive models, data quality, and AI-driven insights.
The OpportunityYou'll drive the roadmap and vision for a modern data platform underpinning core AI products, collaborating closely with data engineering and data science teams. This is a hands-on product role - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, ML, and product strategy.
Focus areas:

Data integrity, scalability, and cost efficiency

Managing complex data workflows and ML pipelines

Ensuring model quality and performance

Partnering cross-functionally across engineering, science, and product
Tech Stack: Spark, Cassandra, Redshift AI / ML Use Cases: Predictive click models, data quality optimization, GenAI search applications
What You'll Bring-
5-10 years' experience overall, with 3+ years in data engineering or data science

Proven experience managing large-scale data platforms or pipelines

Strong understanding of ML workflows and data architecture

Product mindset - comfortable owning discovery, roadmaps, and delivery

Excellent communicator - able to present technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences

Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech product environments
(Please note: This role is not suited to project managers or senior people managers - it's a highly collaborative IC role.)
