Data Product Manager

We are looking for a Data Product Manager to lead on data, technology and strategy. This role is the first data PM hire in the business and requires someone with a strong technical background to liaise with the Data Scientists and Engineers within the company to turn complex data product roadmaps into actionable development strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and champion the long-term vision for our data platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technical priorities.
• Lead the full product lifecycle:shaping strategy, defining requirements, and guiding execution from concept to launch and beyond.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams to design and deliver high-performing, scalable data solutions.
• Translate intricate technical challenges into clear, actionable product decisions that drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background (ideally in data science)
• Python and SQL proficiency
• Experience working in small start ups / scale up businesses
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ownership and accountability of data product roadmaps
