UK-based, with on-site client work as needed
We are looking for a Digital Consultant to lead the application of AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools in solving complex, high-impact challenges across sectors such as healthcare, defence, retail, and the public sector.

- Translate technical insights into actionable strategies for senior stakeholders.
- Mentor colleagues and shape the organisation's digital capabilities and culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering digital/AI solutions from concept to implementation.
- Deep expertise in at least one of: AI, data science, advanced analytics, or digital tooling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience guiding teams and working with non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering operational change at pace.
- Adaptability, continuous learning, and a collaborative mindset.
