Data Science Manager - London - Pricing

We are working with a global e-commerce company who are B-Corp certified and are committed to doing good for people and the planet.

The Role

We're looking for a Data Science Managerto lead and grow our data science function, with a focus on pricing and revenue optimisation across UK and US markets. You'll manage a small team while remaining hands-on in model development, experimentation, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale pricing models to drive revenue and customer value
• Lead experimentation (A/B, MAB, causal inference) and analytics projects
• Set best practices in data science and MLOps
• Mentor and manage a UK/US-based team
• Communicate insights and partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in data science; 5+ in pricing/revenue management
• Strong Python (or R) and SQL skills
• Expertise in statistical modelling, forecasting, and ML
• Experience with cloud tools (preferably GCP/Vertex AI)
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management

The role is 2-3 days in Kings Cross
