Data Scientist - Predictive Modelling & Analytics Consultancy London (2 days per week onsite) Up to £65,000 + Benefits

I'm currently partnering with a leading UK data and analytics consultancy that combines proprietary data assets with advanced analytics and modelling solutions for some of the UK's most recognised organisations across utilities, telecoms, financial services and charities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Data Scientist who enjoys building predictive models, solving real-world business problems, and working directly with clients.

The Role

You'll work on a variety of projects focused on customer insight, marketing effectiveness and predictive modelling. Typical work includes propensity modelling, customer segmentation, risk analysis and scorecard development.

You'll collaborate with industry specialists, analysts and project teams to understand client challenges, build and optimise models, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing predictive and propensity models using Python
  • Analysing large datasets to uncover customer insights
  • Building and refining scorecards and statistical models
  • Running data discovery workshops with stakeholders
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to clients
  • Producing reports, insights and analytical outputs
  • Working across multiple industries and datasets
Skills & Experience

Strong Python and SQL skills Experience building predictive models and working with large datasets Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders Experience with Databricks is highly desirable Exposure to Azure or cloud-based analytics environments would be beneficial
