Their work spans sectors such as utilities, telecoms, financial services and not for profit organisations, with a strong focus on predictive modelling for marketing and customer insight.
The Role
- Build and refine predictive models, with a strong focus on propensity and scorecard style modelling.
- Translate client problems into analytical solutions through data discovery and stakeholder workshops.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers and data analysts to deliver end to end projects.
- Train, test and optimise models, ensuring outputs are robust and commercially relevant.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear, engaging and non technical way.
- Contribute to reports, dashboards and insight packs that support client decision making.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience using Python and SQL for data analysis and modelling.
- Practical experience building and validating predictive models, ideally within customer or marketing analytics.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating patterns into actionable insight.
- Experience working with cloud based analytics platforms, with Databricks being a strong advantage.
- Confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients and stakeholders.
- An analytical background with curiosity to explore data beyond the initial brief.
