The Role
- Lead the development and evolution of media mix modelling to understand and optimise marketing channel performance.
- Scale an existing UK marketing effectiveness model and support its rollout into the US market.
- Work closely with marketing, CRM, and analytics teams to generate actionable insights.
- Take ownership of models from concept through to delivery, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Contribute to additional data science initiatives such as propensity modelling, experimentation, and recommendation systems.
- Support and develop a junior team member within the marketing measurement space.
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and machine learning techniques.
- Solid grounding in statistical modelling and performance measurement.
- Experience designing experiments and working with A B testing frameworks.
- Confidence working end to end on data science projects and demonstrating commercial impact.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS is beneficial.
- Exposure to Bayesian methods, random forests, or similar approaches is highly desirable.
- Marketing or channel performance experience is helpful but not essential; technical capability is the priority.
What They Offer
- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on experience.
- Annual bonus of up to 10 percent.
