The Role You will* Build a deep understanding of digital and marketing activity to shape measurement and test and learn plans.* Work closely with developers to implement and maintain robust data layers.* Create and maintain dashboards that drive effective decision making.* Ensure high quality and standardised data capture across web properties.* Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and revenue growth.* Investigate data quality issues and collaborate across teams to resolve technical challenges.* Conduct regular health checks and support product and solutions teams with analytics expertise.* Provide insight that supports strategic planning across client programmes.

Your Skills And Experience You will need* Strong practical experience with GA4 or similar analytics platforms.* Good capability in SQL and Python to extract insight and inform recommendations.* Experience creating dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.* Knowledge of tag management tools such as Google Tag Manager.* Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and confidence working with complex datasets.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.* Strong stakeholder management and the ability to balance multiple priorities.* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
