THE ROLE:

As a Delivery Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing delivery across technical teams
• Supporting the optimisation of team performance and efficiency
• Tracking progress through tickets and delivery metrics
• Own project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Lead sprints and agile ceremonies
• Ensure delivery goals are met on schedule
• Improve delivery efficiency and maintain process clarity

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Delivery Manager will have:

• Proven project management experience in a tech or engineering environment
• Strong understanding of agile delivery cycles
• Experience with Google Spanner, GCP, or cloud migrations
• Background in SaaS or software delivery
• Experience leading platform migration projects
• Exposure to AI or biotech environments would be nice to have
• Experience working in smaller, fast-paced companies would be nice to have
