Overview

Our client is a biotech company, following funding,is now launching a new platform, built on GCP. They're seeking a Delivery Manager to streamline processes, refocus technical teams, and ensure rapid, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process efficiency across technical and delivery functions
• Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies
• Act as a bridge between tech and delivery teams
• Own and track project timelines and deliverables
• Identify and remove bottlenecks to ensure smooth delivery
• Produce clear and structured project documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven project/delivery management experience in technical environments
• Strong understanding of GCP or Google Spanner (migration experience desirable)
• Background in data-heavy SaaS or tech environments
• Experience managing sprints and agile delivery
• Intellectually curious, collaborative, and outcome-driven
• Bonus: Experience in startups/scaleups, biotech, or working with distributed EU teams
