Digital Analyst - Contract

£400-450 per day (Inside IR35)

2-3 days per week in West London Office

6 Month Engagement

Role and Responsbilities

• Manage and optimise marketing data feeds from various internal and external sources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Integrate data from multiple sources for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
• Product owner for Content Square and experience Analytics
• Manage Adobe Analytics requirements and ad hoc deep dive analysis
• Collate qualitative feedback from CX Tools
• Identify opportunities for Personalisation.
• Managing segment data and audiences driving contextual personalisation and the use cases/technical enablement for marketing cloud integrations

Requirements

• Strong experience in a digital analytics role with one or more specialisms across CRM, loyalty
• programs, social media analytics tools, paid media platforms and performance marketing data
• Detailed knowledge of Adobe and Salesforce tech stacks, other Marketing technology tools and BI/
• visualisation software.
• A thorough knowledge of tag management, with a deep understanding of analytics, data
• collection/processing and distance selling legislation and best practise - mandatory
• Proactive attitude with the enthusiasm and ability to work with large datasets to drive significant
• benefits through actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders through well-
• reasoned insight to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional
• teams including agency partners, technology teams and data platform managers.
• Strong SQL experience and statistical analytics experience
