THE COMPANY

This health and beauty retailer is rapidly growing and is expanding in the Customer Digital Analytics team! This role is for someone roughly a year into their career, looking to become a Digital Ecommerce expert and learn from a really strong Digital team.

THE ROLE

You'll analyse the onsite customer journey, provide key insights to the wider business, and identify new growth opportunities. Your role will involve tracking performance, segmenting customer audiences, and reporting on product categories, sales, and transactions. You'll become a GA4 specialist, you'll ensure accurate data tracking and deliver meaningful insights to drive business decisions.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Google Analytics 4 commercial experience
• ~1 year experience looking at web analytics metrics. This is for someone at the start in their career looking for the next step
• Strong stakeholder engagement, confident, having provided insights and recommendations
• Curious and commercial mindset
• Passion for Ecommerce/Digital analytics space
