Digital Analyst - London (Liverpool Street)

About the Role

As this company continues to scale its digital capabilities across global markets, we are looking for a Digital Analyst who will be at the heart of building a robust, insight-driven digital analytics function.

You will ensure that digital performance across web and app is measurable, visible, and actionable-owning dashboards, standardising KPIs, and empowering markets to make data-led decisions. Working closely with the Digital Lead, you'll provide the analytical foundation that supports optimisation, experimentation, and long-term digital growth.

What You'll Do Digital Reporting & Dashboarding
  • Build, own, and evolve digital performance reporting (web + app)
  • Create and maintain automated Power BI dashboards for traffic, funnel, conversion & engagement
  • Translate analytical needs into clear, scalable reporting
Data Extraction & Modelling
  • Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from GA4/BigQuery/Databricks
  • Support the build of digital reporting layers
  • Partner with technology teams to improve data quality
KPI Definition & Insight
  • Help standardise digital KPIs and funnel definitions across markets
  • Provide regular insight on trends, drop-offs, and performance opportunities
Market & Stakeholder Support
  • Act as the first point of contact for digital reporting queries
  • Guide country teams through dashboards and performance summaries
What We're Looking For Technical Skills
  • Strong SQL (comfortable querying large datasets)
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe, app analytics)
  • Understanding of digital funnels and engagement KPIs
  • Bonus: Exposure to Databricks/BigQuery or cloud data environments
Analytical Skills
  • Ability to turn business questions into measurable metrics
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences
Desirable
  • Experience in experimentation / A/B testing
  • Background in telecoms, subscription or e-commerce
  • Understanding of app analytics: retention, attribution, etc.
