Digital Analyst

You will play a key role in delivering insights that influence digital strategy, customer experience, performance marketing, and commercial decision-making across the business.The Company They are a recognised international brand with a strong digital presence and a customer-first approach. Investing heavily in data, analytics, and digital capability, they are committed to using insights to drive performance and enhance the online customer journey.The analytics team works closely with stakeholders across eCommerce, Marketing, Product, and Technology, offering excellent exposure to senior decision-makers and high-impact projects.The Role As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable business insights that improve digital performance and customer experience.Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver reporting, analysis, and insight to support digital commerce and marketing teams
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting solutions using web analytics and BI tools
  • Analyse customer journeys, campaign performance, conversion funnels, and online behaviour
  • Develop clear recommendations that support data-driven decision making
  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to identify growth opportunities
  • Support experimentation programmes, including A/B testing and performance measurement
  • Validate tracking implementations and ensure the accuracy of digital analytics data
  • Conduct QA testing across tagging, event tracking, and data collection frameworks
  • Monitor key KPIs and provide insight into performance trends and opportunities

Your Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics
  • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics
  • Experience using data visualisation and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
  • Understanding of digital marketing performance measurement and customer journey analysis
  • Experience working with relational databases and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of experiment design, A/B testing, and performance optimisation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
