DIGITAL ANALYST £30,000 - £37,000 MANCHESTER OR LEEDS (HYBRID - 2 DAYS IN OFFICE, OCCASIONAL LONDON TRAVEL)

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Digital Analyst to join one of the most data-focused teams in the agency world. You'd be working across some of the biggest consumer brands on the planet, with real visibility at a senior level and a clear route to grow quickly within the business.

THE COMPANY Our client is the dedicated data team within a leading group of media, technology, and creative agencies. They work with household names including P&G, Unilever, Vodafone and LEGO - delivering data-led insights that sit at the heart of campaign and business decisions across the group. It's a tight-knit team of around 8 people, which means your work genuinely matters and gets seen by the right people from day one.

THE ROLE

  • Build and maintain client-facing reports in Looker Studio
  • Analyse GA4 data to assess website and campaign performance
  • Implement pixel and event tracking using Google Tag Manager
  • Monitor paid media and digital performance data across multiple clients
  • Support GA4 audits and contribute to measurement framework development
  • Present findings and insights internally to senior stakeholders across the group

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on, demonstrable experience with GA4 and GTM - this is essential
  • Experience building reports in Looker Studio
  • Background in a digital or media environment is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable presenting data and managing stakeholder relationships internally
  • Any experience with Tableau or additional BI tools is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with social listening or social search platforms is advantageous
  • A STEM or Maths-related degree is a bonus but not required

SALARY AND BENEFITS

  • £30,000 base salary, rising to £37,000 for the right profile
