The Role
As an Ecommerce Data Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that improve online performance and support business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translate business challenges into analytical projects and data-driven recommendations
- Analyse web, customer, and commercial data to identify opportunities and trends
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across ecommerce and wider business teams
- Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions using BI tools
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience working with BigQuery and SQL
- Experience analysing ecommerce or digital performance data
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Looker
- Understanding of analytical methodologies and data-driven problem solving
- Awareness of ETL processes and data automation concepts
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical audiences
