We're working with a well-known travel business. They're looking to hire a Digital Analytics Lead on a fully remote basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 3+ years' hands-on digital analytics experience, though strong candidates with 2 years will be considered. It's a highly visible role, working across digital product, marketing, content, data science, BI and SEO teams.
The role will involve:
- Designing measurement frameworks so the organisation measures what really matters
- Turning broad business goals into clear, measurable targets
- Auditing existing data layers and identifying tracking gaps
- Writing clear technical specifications for external web agencies to implement
- Hands-on implementation, QA and governance in GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Analysing onsite customer journeys and turning data into insight that shapes priorities
- Managing analytics agency relationships and supporting procurement
- Line managing and developing a Digital Analytics Implementation Specialist
- Contributing to emerging areas such as Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO)
We're open on background, whether you come from agency or in-house, public or private sector.
You'll need strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and data layers, as this is essential. GA4 and BigQuery experience is also important. Custom JavaScript or HTML skills would be a big bonus.
You'll also need strong stakeholder management and the confidence to work independently, as this person will be the go-to lead for digital measurement across the organisation.
Salary: Up to £52k + up to 11% pension
Location: Fully remote (office visits roughly once a quarter in London or Birmingham, with travel expensed)
The interview process is short, with just two stages, and they're looking to interview as soon as possible.
