Digital Analytics Manager

Digital Analytics Manager Leeds (Hybrid - 3x Days a Week in Office) £70,000-£80,000

Are you passionate about understanding how audiences engage with digital products? Do you have a proven track record in the world of Digital Analytics and leading teams to deliver actionable insights? This is an exciting opportunity to join a major UK broadcaster and play a key role in shaping how millions of viewers interact with their digital platforms!

The Company

One of the UK's most recognisable names in broadcasting, with a reputation for innovation and delivering award-winning programming, is currently investing heavily in their data and analytics capability to better understand digital audiences, optimise user experiences, and drive growth across their streaming and online products; this is a key hire for them as a result!

The Role

As Digital Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of digital product analysts to uncover insights into customer behaviour, optimise user journeys, and support key business decisions across product, marketing, and content. You will be the go-to expert for Adobe Analytics, ensuring the business has robust data foundations and clear, actionable reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the Adobe Analytics setup, including tracking, reporting, and governance
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital analysts, developing their technical and commercial skills
  • Analyse customer journeys across web, app, and streaming platforms to identify opportunities for conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Partner with product managers, UX designers, and marketing teams to deliver data-driven recommendations
  • Build dashboards and reports to make insights accessible to senior stakeholders
  • Support subscription product teams with analysis to drive sign-ups, trials, and retention
  • Drive best practices for experimentation and A/B testing across the business

Your Skills and Experience

I am looking for a commercially minded analytics leader who can combine technical expertise with stakeholder influence:

  • Digital Analytics SME - Adobe preferred, but not essential!
  • Background in customer journey and on-site behaviour analysis
  • Experience in subscription or membership-based business models is a plus
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring analysts
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

The Benefits:

  • £70,000-£80,000
