Digital Analytics Specialist - Contract Travel Client London - 2-3 days per week in the office £400-£450 per day inside IR35

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Analytics Specialist to support marketing and digital initiatives. In this key role, you will identify and source valuable data, generate actionable insights, and help optimise marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and integrate marketing data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Develop multi-touch attribution models and support data strategy development
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless campaign reporting
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, testing, and performance optimisation
• Identify opportunities for personalisation and enhance data processes for better decision-making

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in digital analytics with knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, social media, and performance marketing
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms and marketing technology tools, especially Adobe and Salesforce
• Expert user of Adobe Analytics
• Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
