Digital Content Consultant - Contract
We are looking for motivated and skilled content marketing managers with SEO, GEO/AI, and creative expertise. They will join the management of our clients Digital practice to lead the team to deliver across a portfolio of content, search optimisation, and blogger partnership programmes. They will also have a role in shaping the team's culture and inspiring them to remain at the forefront of the digital marketing industry.

Role and Responsibilities

Understand client needs and deliver commercially viable proposals aligned with their goals

Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with manager-level clients

Lead business development with client teams, focusing on growth opportunities, especially in AI search
-
Manage multiple large-scale performance marketing projects with cross-functional teams to create editorial and visual content

Innovate digital content delivery using data-driven marketing approaches
-
Collaborate with clients and teams to develop measurement and performance frameworks aligned with goals and KPIs

Oversee financial performance of projects, ensuring delivery on budget and scope

Prioritise resources, delegate tasks, manage client expectations, and maintain team motivation

Support junior colleague's development by identifying needs and providing guidance

Present results, services, and product offerings confidently to internal and external audiences
Relevant skills and experience

Minimum 3 years managing strategy and production of large-scale digital editorial or visual content across multiple markets

Creative with strong attention to detail and a good sense of tone and language

Proven track record of delivering strong results and client satisfaction

Deep knowledge of marketing disciplines, especially search optimisation, AI search, and content marketing

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confident presenter who can handle challenges persuasively

Familiarity with site analytics, content management, keyword research, AI search, and SEO tools

Skilled at identifying and converting opportunities to grow and retain business

Motivated to contribute to a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative team culture focused on innovation and excellence
Desirables

Fluency in an additional European language (especially German, Dutch, Spanish, or French)

Experience in brand or digital marketing strategy
